What is Business Development
ABOUT
Kerry Griffith
I founded Prosilien to help leaders and organisations build the capability to adapt on purpose:
To change by design, before circumstances demand it.

How Prosilien began.
We started with a simple observation.
My career has taken me through risk, governance, leadership development and culture. Different rooms, with different problems on paper. Yet the same thing kept turning up.
Most organisations knew what they wanted to achieve. They had the strategy, the values and talented people. And still, somewhere between the plan and the way work actually got done, things drifted.
Leadership and culture work showed me that gap most clearly. I watched well-meaning change stall, but rarely for lack of commitment.
What made the difference was everything around the intention: how leaders showed up, the decisions people made day to day, the systems they worked within, and whether the organisation itself was able to change.
That last part stayed with me. The ability to adapt can be built, deliberately, like any other organisational capability.
Too often it gets left to chance, or treated as a reaction once change has already arrived.
That idea became Prosilien.
Our purpose
We help organisations build the capability to adapt without losing direction.
We call this organisational prosilience: the ability to remain effective as conditions change, by aligning leadership, culture, governance and the systems through which people make decisions and get work done.
Working alongside leaders, we uncover what strengthens or holds back that capability, and turn those insights into practical change.
Our ambition
We believe organisations can become better prepared for change before change demands it.
Our ambition is to make organisational prosilience something leaders can understand, measure and deliberately strengthen.
The organisations best prepared for the future will know what must remain constant, what needs to change, and how to tell the difference.
